What Is a Bloom Bar Rental?
A bloom bar — also called a flower bar rental — is a styled flower station you rent for your event — guests walk up, choose their favorite stems, and build their own bouquet to take home. It works as both décor and entertainment, giving your shower, birthday, wedding, or corporate event a hands-on floral moment that feels intentional and memorable.
We offer two ways to experience it. With our DIY rentals starting at $49/day, you bring the flowers and we bring the beautifully styled bar — setup and breakdown included. Prefer a fully flowers-included experience? Our full flower packages start at $25/guest and include everything from sourcing to styling to delivery. 15 guest minimum applies.

Yes — we offer both. Our DIY rentals start at $49/day and you bring your own flowers. If you prefer a fully flowers-included experience, our full flower packages start at $25/guest — 15 guest minimum — and include sourcing, arranging, and delivery. Whether you are looking for a DIY flower bar rental or a fully flowers-included bloom bar experience, we have an option for you.
Can I book a flower bar rental near me?

What if I only need one rental item?
Yes — our Flower Bar stand is available on its own starting at $49/day. You can also add a boho umbrella with our Boho Bloom Bundle at $84/day. Flowers are not included — you bring the blooms. Both are bookable directly through our online calendar.
How far ahead should I reserve?
Two to four weeks is ideal, especially in spring and early summer weekends.
What events is a bloom bar perfect for?
A bloom bar bridal shower experience is one of our most popular requests. Our bloom bar works beautifully for bridal showers, baby shower flower bar events, birthday parties, weddings, wedding receptions, corporate events, engagement parties, quinceañeras, and backyard parties.
How much does delivery cost?
DIY bloom bar delivery starts at $14 plus $1.50 per mile from La Habra. Full bloom bar experience delivery is a flat zone fee starting from $35. Use our delivery estimator on our FAQ page for an instant estimate.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations more than 14 days before your event may receive a refund minus any deposit. Cancellations within 14 days forfeit all deposits. Cancellations within 7 days may be charged the full rental amount.

Can I add extra or premium flowers to my collection?
Yes — Ranunculus, Anemone, Dahlia, Orchid, Specialty Garden Roses, and Imported Peonies are available as add-ons to any collection for $2 to $4 per stem. You can select your add-ons during booking.
